Cancellation Policy

1) At the moment of booking a %50 retainer amount will be charged, with the remaining %50 balance of the full amount due 24 hours before the Session. 2) Sessions aren't held until the full balance is paid off, if a Session is not fully paid off 24 hours prior to the Session, it will count as a Cancellation. 3) Cancellations and Reschedules are free if made 48 hours before the date of the Session. Retainer amounts from Cancellations and Reschedules made within 48 hours prior to the date of the Session will not be refundable. 4) Only one free reschedule is granted if made 48 hours before the day of the Session. After rescheduling once, any future reschedule will add a reschedule fee of $100, even if made before the 48 hour window.
